I truly appreciate the professionalism of everyone I've encountered at the 260 Lancaster Dr NE location, and I want to especially recognize Ben's friendly demeanor and Ian's positive, helpful attitude. They are both incredibly welcoming - like a ray of sunshine - and they genuinely brighten my day every time I see them. I also really appreciate that Washman chose to lower their prices to attract more customers rather than raising them to increase revenue. I've personally recommended Washman to more than five people and I'm confident that alone has helped make up for my recent reduced monthly rate. It's an impressive business strategy, and it seems to be paying off. It's a pleasure giving Washman my business!

I visited for a car wash after Easter dinner on April 5, 2026, at 6:00 PM. According to my receipt, Ian assisted us, and he was exceptional. He addressed our questions thoroughly and appeared to genuinely enjoy his work. I believe it is important to acknowledge his outstanding service.

I have a monthly pass at Washman and out of the 3 locations in Salem, the S. Lancaster wash is my favorite. While I am always happy to see all the staff, I am always happy to see Ben (who I have been calling Joe this whole time...lol), that btw has a contagious smile and a really good sense of humor when I interact with him. Awesome place to knock the dirt off your whip amd catch a free vacuum ...keep up the good work guys! Ian you and your team are awesome!

Ben was very helpful. My sunroof was up and my cars camera was loose and he made sure that my car wouldn’t be damaged before letting me enter. Would recommend this car was to all of my friends.
